Pastel artist, Marge LeBel at our Art-on-the-Spot event.
To provide West Michigan, Muskegon in particular, with a happening cultural refuge. A place that provides artists of various kinds a place to create, display, perform, and explore their art form. One where community is a key to inspiration and success, and a synergy is born, making exposure and marketing simple and affordable. Also, for the enhancement and expansion of arts and artists in the greater community.
